If you have booked a meeting room with the event organiser your space will come with wall structure, furniture as shown (models may vary), branded panels as show, locking door as shown.
Your meeting room will not have any lighting or power supply as standard. If you require lighting and power in your meeting room please order using the ADD TO CART button.
